  1. Introduction of Bauxite:
  The main component of bauxite is alumina, which is hydrated alumina containing impurities and a kind of earthy mineral. The density of bauxite is 3.45g/cm3 and hardness is 1-3. Our company mainly supply bauxite clinker. It is also known as high alumina clinker. Bauxite clinker is mainly used for high alumina refractory products. The various high alumina brick is produced by bauxite clinker, which is widely used in the metallurgical industry and other industrys, especially in the top of electric furnace, blast furance and hot blast stove.

3. Application of Bauxite:
1）Refining alumina industry. Bauxite clinker is used in national defense, aviation, automobile, electrical appliances, chemical industry, daily necessities etc.
2）Precision casting. Bauxite clinker can be processed into fine powder and made into investment casting,which is used in military project,spaceflight, telecommunications, instrumentation, machinery and medical device department.
3）Refractory products.The refractoriness of high alumina bauxite clinker is up to 1780℃. It has strong chemical stability and good physical properties.
4) Aluminosilicate refractory fiber. Calcined bauxite has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small heat capacity and mechanical vibration resistance.Bauxite clinker is used in steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, atomic energy, national defense and other industries.
5) Using magnesia and bauxite clinker as raw materials, and adding appropriate binder, the effect of casting integral barrel lining of ladle is very good.
6) It is used to produce bauxite cement, abrasive materials, ceramic industry, chemical industry, as well as a variety of aluminum compounds.

Jumbo bag, 1MT/bag or 1.2MT/bag. We also can do packaging as customer’s request.
